In March 2009, myself, Jason Grant, Mark Forest & Paul "van" Newbold headed off to the USA for a road trip. Our Aim, to photograph the military aircraft of Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida and a very small bit of Tennessee. What followed was one of the most amazing road trips ever with the help of the United States Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard. We were granted access all areas to get up close and personal and to see the men and women of these services going about their operational duties. with a healthy amount of preserved aircraft on our schedule we managed to cram in as much as possible!
