During June and early July 2009, RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire played host to the USAF F-15Cs & Ds of the 493rd FS whilst their home base of RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, Underwent runway repairs. The Sunlight was too much of a draw for me, so on the 2nd of July, camera at hand off I went to capture these awesome birds of prey playing with the latest generation of RAF Fighter jets, the Mighty Eurofighter Typhoon.
